Living My Best Life (and Rolling My R’s… Sort Of)
This month, I’m leaning all the way into living my best life.
First stop: Oberlin Conservatory, where my son is immersed in music. Watching him perform reminds me that mastery isn’t about control — it’s about devotion. It’s showing up again and again, even when no one’s watching. As a parent and a leader, that truth lands deep.

Then, I’m trading Ohio chill for Puerto Vallarta heat, heading south for two weeks of Spanish classes, Puesto de Tacos, and ocean-air adventure. I’ll be swimming in a rooftop pool that overlooks the bay — the kind of view that stops you mid-sentence and makes you remember to breathe.

In the evenings, I plan to wander the Malecón, eat seafood so fresh it practically winks at me, and let the rhythm of the city carry me where it wants to go. And somewhere between the tacos and the tide, I’ll find my favorite tiny karaoke bar — the one where locals sing love songs at full volume, where the margaritas are strong, and where nobody cares if you can actually sing. It’s chaotic, honest, and joyful — the perfect reminder that living well is mostly about showing up off-key but all-in.

I’m not calling it a vacation. I’m calling it a recalibration — an experiment in curiosity and letting go of being the expert. Every time I stumble through a Spanish verb or forget a simple word, I’m reminded: humility is a leadership muscle too.

So, here’s my challenge to you — not the soft kind, but the kind that changes things:
🔗 What would it take for you to live your best life in 2026?
🔗 Where are you craving expansion — in your work, your leadership, or your sense of joy?
🔗 What would happen if you said yes to building a version of success that actually feels good?
If you’re ready to explore what that could look like — let’s talk.
I’d love to help you design the next chapter of your best life.
🔗 Book a call with me and let’s make 2026 the year you live it, not just plan it.
